Wellbeing

TaDone’s wellbeing tools help you follow how your children are doing day to day and share that picture with a therapist when one is involved. There are three parts, and each one can be turned on or off for your family.

Emotions

Let a child log how they feel — one or more emotions with an optional note — and review a history for each family member. See Emotions.

Sleep

Start and stop a night’s sleep, log what happened during the night, and review sleep quality over time. See Sleep.

Questionnaires

Fill in clinical rating scales that a therapist assigns, then review the submitted answers. See Questionnaires.

Because children share a parent’s account in TaDone, the wellbeing tools are built around the person acting at the time:

  • Emotions and Sleep are captured as part of a child’s daily routine — a bedtime task starts a sleep session, a “how did you feel today?” task opens the emotion picker. Parents review the history from the family area.
  • Questionnaires are sent by a therapist to specific people in the family, who then fill them in.
